I was just looking at your site before I saw these

Any chance of making dome stuff that would fit in with say KOW?…as I want to make some nice diorama bases for my games

Space Monkey04 Mar 2013 5:03 p.m. PST

Oh, those are excellent!
Particularly since it looks like I can swap out the lizardman bits on some of the dino-riders… put on alternate stuff like covered howdahs and such.

Nice work.

Crankee Doodle04 Mar 2013 5:23 p.m. PST

Great stuff!

Yet more great lil' critters!

They need some teeny frogman buddies. I'm just sayin'.

Dale Hurtt04 Mar 2013 6:38 p.m. PST

I really like those. I can see picking some up in the near future. Seems like a lot of good stuff is coming out in 6mm, not just traditional historical periods.

Seconded, 100mm wide by 80mm deep with 6mm would look fantastic. Been toying with the idea myself

Thanks everyone!

@ The Beast Rabban
In my long range planning I have a Swamplands army with frog guys that I am looking to release around the end of 2014.

For KOW stuff, do you mean miniatures compatible with the system? I already have orcs, dwarves, and evil elves, so I guess they would work. A generic Elven Kingdom army is planned for very early 2014 or late this year, depending on how sales go.

Your making my wallet weap!

Beautiful figures. For the first time I'm actually considering a lizard man army.

love them, shame about the import duty to Uk

TheIronPainter04 Mar 2013 10:53 p.m. PST

These guys look AMAZING

Wonderful stuff, now to figure out how to make the lizards look more sci-fi :)

Very cool and I LOVE that you have some frog guys planned as I'm with the Beast Rabban… frogs are just cool!

It's nice to see more of your 6mm stuff, Lovejoy's dinosaurs are always lovely.

I really like that armored brachiasaur, although making full plate armor for something that large has got to be draining on a nation's resources. (which is probably why their troops are so primitively equipped; they're not technologically backward, their leaders just have strange priorities. laugh)

I also just noticed that there are army bundles for the 6mm fantasy, but none for 6mm scifi, is there a reason for that?

Steve W05 Mar 2013 1:36 a.m. PST

Hi Microworld

Maybe I am alone with this but I prefer my fantasy games in small scales using existing 28mm rules…KOW, Fantasy Warriors etc Sometimes it would be nice to see models that match the army lists for these games in 6mm Like the Giant dwarf Cannon in FW for example, its probably anal on my part but I think it would be nice to see

elsyrsyn05 Mar 2013 5:42 a.m. PST

Nice stuff. The behemoths have a bit much armor for my own tastes, but then that would also make them pretty useful for SF.

And don't forget your undead. I'd love to see werewolves and ghouls for your undead to make up the units in KOW undead list.

Trolls for your Orc range along with a warmachine

Gargoyles for your Dread elves.

Of course thats just me and no idea if it would be economical for you to add those.

MicroWorld Games08 Mar 2013 10:05 p.m. PST

I definitely have plans to expand the undead. Ghouls, zombies, and were-bats were on my shortlist.

@Gokiburi
I actually can't really afford to do bundles of the scifi stuff. My margin on them are already not huge, and they cost quite a bit to get produced.

Gokiburi11 Mar 2013 12:10 p.m. PST

@MicroWorld Games,
I'm sorry to hear that, I hope that they sell well enough to make up for their tight profit margins.

I also hope that it didn't seem like I was asking for an extra discount, as I was just curious about the different pricing schemes for those two (seemingly) similar product lines.
