Having run a successful pilot 1809 "Campaign in a day using Russ Lockwood's "Snappy Nappy" rules, we have finalized the date and venue for the main project, based upon the situation in Germany in 1813.

The event will be held at The Time Machine hobby store in Manchester, CT in their new gaming facility, from 11 AM to 6 PM. Any amiable interested parties are welcome and indeed invited to participate. Each player will command a Corps of 28mm figures; either bring your own or we can easily provide the troops from the resources of the members of the Hartford Area Historical Wargames Society (HAHGS).

An unfortunate title for a set of rules, particularly if you live in the Antipodes:
snappynappy.com.au

Th old common language thing! Not my rules, but in all seriousness, I don't think there is any ambiguity about the meaning of the title in the target audience. I personally never use the abbreviation "Nappies" or similar for Napoleonics, but others here at TMP do it all the time. Meh, no big deal either way.

I will be there as well, bringing at least one fellow with me, although a couple others have asked about it.
