Many years ago I modified a 1/72 A-10 in N/AW
 so much work for the canopy

Armand@- maybe if you had a few hydraulic oil showers from a Gau-8 you might not be as fond of this aircraft. I have, but it hasn't dampened my appreciation. Nice model. |

Excellent find Armand. I love this plane. When I was growing up in Philadelphia we had several (I think) squadrons of A-10's stationed at Willow Grove Air Force base. In the summer we would have swim meets at one of the local pools that was right by the airbase and there was nothing cooler than being told to take your mark then stand up. 10 seconds later a flight of A-10's would thunder over. Great stuff to psych you up prior to swimming. |
