Here's a sneak peek at the science caste of our upcoming alien invasion range, what are usually referred to by conspiratorially-minded terrans as "greys." Turns out, they were right!
And for comparison's sake, here they are compared to three of our upcoming SPAR operatives. Those are the elite special forces of the federal navy. (An elite within this elite, the Ravens, are the SPAR team tasked with assassination and have different VR helmets.)

There's another set of these science caste aliens, a naval away team, with phaser like hand weapons (of completely alien design). Then there will be several sets of the war caste, who are the soldiers of the alien civilization. They are a bit different genetically. Finally there will be the Kallinect War Robots of the war caste, who do most of the front line fighting and are a bit larger than humans. 18 poses of those! |

"This is SPARTEAMS!" The Greys look very nice, any chance of a squished up one to put on the base of the SPAR Mech? |

Very nice! Who painted them? The grays on those grays are gorgeous. |

Excellent animation in the Science Caste figs. Usually Greys are depicted in very static poses. -Eli |

They kind of remind me of the small aliens inhabiting the mining planet on "Galaxy Quest". |

Are they sculpted by Tengu Miniatures because they are the spitting image of the 28mm versions?:
If they are then this may well be my first Khurasan order. |
Insomniac | 22 Feb 2013 12:21 p.m. PST |
Well, it would appear that I am safe to order these
Iain at Tengu sculpted them :) |

OK the SPAR guys are definitely kicking the SEALs out of my Near Infinity PanOcenian Army (but those won't have any trouble finding employment somewhere else, Ariadna maybe?) |
iain blackstone | 26 Feb 2013 3:31 p.m. PST |
What colors were used for the skin? Humbrol enamel black undercoat, then vallejos, base colour cold grey, layers of cold grey/stonewall grey, final highlights mix of stonewall and off-white. Probes were ghost grey. |

Depending on the kind of probe – might not stay that color for long
