Is there an easy way to convert, say, a PSC or Armorfast, Panzer III or IV to a 'flame' version?
Thanks!

I'm not sure there was a Type IV version. I seem to remember and old ESCI kit that was the flame version. IIRC, the only difference was the bigger barrel.

Piers made one by kitbashing the old Esci kit with a Hat Pz III.

Strictly speaking, the base model should be Pz III Ausf M but as you are replacing the gun you'll get reasonably close using other later models. The only major external differences from a "gun" Pz III are the flame projector and some extra slabs of frontal armour plate. All the other big differences are inside the tank.

As above, the Flammpanzer III is essentially just a later model Pz III with a thicker 'gun'. Very easy to do.

Thank you. Will just modify the main barrel of a PzIII.

A few pics that might help if you feel like having a crack at the front armour mods:
