Hi, I am very new to this forum.
I am working on a 1/35 scale diorama related to Saint Nazair's "Operation Chariot"

The diorama consist of a AA Defense with Searchlight on the dock and Commandos are on raft approaching dock wall.

i have completed 20mm Flak38 MIT Sd AH 51, from Tamya and Edwards and some scratchbuilt part. i am working on AFV Flakscheinwerfer.

i got some pictures of some ports but any suggestion will be nice.

i donot know if any company have the raft used by brits commandos ?

I am looking for brit raft and some figures germans / brits

You should read a book called 'The Greatest Raid of All'. As far as I can remember the Commando's landed from Motor launches, gunboats and HMS Campbeltown, no rafts were involved. When I was there in the early 1970's many of the German flak positions were still in existence (and might be still visible on google maps)

Some great pics and evocative artwork all here:

and a recommendation to read "Storming St. Nazaire" for a good feel for the atmosphere to the raid. The Osprey book "St. Nazaire 1942" also has some good art and inspiration.
