Dinosaurs that are zombies!

In conjunction with the new zombie dinosaur Quick Intermediate Level Skirmish supplement, Irrational Number Line Games has posted a tutorial on making zombie dinosaurs and is hosting a contest to win one of them.

Or you could just read the tutorial and make your own.

Or both.

An undead T-Rex, now that is (somewhat) original, and something that would definitely tip any game balance!…

"What's better than dinosaurs and zombies?"

Rabid dogs. Packs of rabid dogs. Jurrassic Megasorearse rabid dogs – lots of them.

They must be rabid – that's the scary bit.

Zombie dinosaurs. Oy Vey! I guess it had to happen eventually. Next up on deck…pterodactyl riding SS Stormtroopers.

Harry Dresden animated a T-Rex skeleton in one of his books.

You haven't read the Harry Dresden novels if that one's new to you. They pop up in fantasy as a fairly common trope, although more often as skeletal types than as zombies – I suspect any world with operational magic sees a lot of budding necromancers doing a dual major in paleontology when they move on to college from their Hogwarts cognate.

To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.

Thanks. These really are a fun project.

To add a little clarity, these are not reanimated dinosaurs. The heroes in the scenario established a "Prehistorik Parc" (yes, massively original) on a Carribbean island. The (forcibly) displaced inhabitants' Mambo sent zeds after you. Good news – the dinos solved the zombie problem by eating them. Bad news – now the dinos are zombified.

Also, the goal of the game is to get an animatronic triceratops, convert it into a weapon, and use it to fight your way off the island. That's the buzzsaw dude in the lower left of the pic.
