Whats the general feeling on these rules,are they best at small skirmish – roleplaying, or could you do slightly bigger battles, say 20 a side??? Do like THW rules, just wondering on thoughts of the above. |

They serve well for both RP lite games and small skirmish battles. 20 a side could be handled easily. More if you don't use individual attributes or only use them for major characters. |

THW "Long Rifle" is really more geared to small skirmishes (or RPG-lite)
. If you want to do units or groups of figures (10 to 20 per side or more), and like the THW style of rules, "Muskets and Mohawks" is what you really want. If you like elements of both they do mesh well and easily. |
