Not so much necromancy but what do you get in the deluxe set that is worth having ? |

The deluxe version had (because its no longer available from ODGW) more color. The recently released GQ 3.3 version (available as a pdf download and free to any registered purchasers of GQ 3) has the amendments (they're 2 of them) worked into the text. The current print versions are version GQ 3.0 which do not have the amendments added. |

Right now General Quarters III is on sale at discount on the ODGW website, they are clearing out inventory of the rules without the amendments included. You can still download the full GQ v.3.3 the amendments very much improve the original game, while not being necessary to play, most gamers seem to prefer the added detail they give. |
