Hey guys, I'm looking for RPG-esque Elf and Dark Elf figures. I'm looking for Drow/Dark Elves, or Wood/High Elves that could pass for Dark Elves. I went through the TMP archives, and right now I'm just looking for suggestions in addition to what I already know: I've got Reaper, who makes a ton of good stuff. I've got Black Tree Design, who makes the second generation DE knock-offs I've got Mirilton, which makes Wood Elves, very few of which could pass as Dark Elves I've got Thunderbolt Mountain, which makes Wood Elves in a more old-school, Arthurian fantasy style I've got GW, all three generations I've got Mantic's new stuff I've got Avatar's of War, who make DE character figs I've got the D&DM pre-painted plastic figures, but not any of the WotC Chainmail ones. Any suggestions? I'm missing Iron Wind – suggestions? What else am I missing, as far as Dark Elves/Drow are concerned? Anybody else make good elf figures? Also any good Dark Elf blogs for inspiration is appreciated. |

RAFM makes some very nice ones (including half-DE/half-spider creatures), and West Wind's Dwarf Wars has some although they are on the large size, more heroic 28mm which seems a little tall for Dark Elves. |

The Ral Partha stuff seems a little small by today's standards, but there's a few good figures in there. The Gale Force 9 stuff is excellent, and I think WotC made a set as well, anybody know? The RAFM stuff is good, but not great. The Vanir Sorceress is particularly good. The Battlezone stuff is okay, just old. The swordsmen are good, in a retro way. Great suggestions, keep 'em coming

DeadAwake, this link is great, I wouldn't have known about the Heartbreaker stuff otherwise. I also forgot about the "Elvish Archer" in the Magic: the Gathering line that they did. The Chronopia stuff is good too. |

Corvus Belli: link Ral Partha (Mage Knight Metals): There were a few I was really fond of. Someone already mentioned RAFM, but there was one that was a cut above the rest: link The Vanir Sorceress from Death in the Dark. |
