I am not the kind of guy that looks forward to any opportunity to complaint.. in fact in this situation I have been perhaps too accommodating. Btw, this is the first time this happens to me, not even in the early days of online purchasing.. I ordered via their website a Warhammer 40k Dark Vengeance back in October (!) and regularly paid by Paypal. The payment was normally taken. Box never arrived I tried to contact them for the first time (via email) in November. They never (ever) answer the phone. Unbelievable (why do they have a phone number on the website at all?) I thought it was down to the Xmas demand peak and waited more time. By now I have sent at least 4 or 5 requests (all supported by evidence of my order/invoice) for the product or the equivalent reinbursement, as the deadline for the Paypal claim has now expired. Never got a reply. Next stop is reporting to Trading Standards and/or going up there and assertively collect the box or money myself
Other suggestions? Anyone from their area (Evesham?) Thanks for your help. |

If you paid by credit card via Paypal you can claim via the card company. |

Ordered from them in October, it took several e-mails to move it from it spending several weeks sat processing to getting it dispatched. My contact was via Sarah at "sales at totalwargamer.co.uk". Once processed the order arrived within four days. Not sure if that helps. |

You may want to try and leave a message on their facebook page. In my experience this seems to be one of the faster ways to get a reply from them. |

For intellectual honesty I have to say that once the problem was logged by raising a 'ticket' on their system (see their website) the response was pretty quick and the case addressed. This is the procedure; it is useless to write to their 'sales'/'info' email address. |
