I had an interesting first game of these rules last night. Anyone know where I might be able to pick up a copy without breaking the bank? |

It is a good game. I don't often see Piquet stuff on ebay but I have bought it at a reasonable price by putting an item on the TMP market boards. Or check Lanashire Games and see if their sale is still on – it included Piquet rules. |

I have been quoted £40.00 GBP for the pair which is I think a £5.00 GBP discount. Rules are expensive these days arn't they, |

Yes indeed, but a great TMPer from the USA sent me a copy of Archon 2 gratis bar postage. Stick a notice up and see what happens it costs nothing and you might be lucky. |

The Lancashire 15% off sale is still on as noted. For some reason, the Master rules are MUCH cheaper direct from Piquet INC; just $5 USD US. We pretty much give them away, and you DO need them to play BoB 2nd edition. link BoB2 itself is $35 USD US direct. You'd have to check with Brent re: postage costs, but w/ Master rules might be cheaper from the US, although Lancashire has been a very loyal distributor for Piquet, INc in he UK. link I think that is a pretty good value for a 200+ page book that includes all the "army lists" you are ever likely to want, a minigame and lists (Pikette), and a rather unique optional force generator (Beat the Drum). Ken and I certainly tried to make it an outstanding value. Short on pretty pictures, though. Peter Anderson (co-author, BoB2) |

I did try to email to see what the postage costs would be but the only address I could find kept bouncing. If you have a better one could send it to me? I am at djkmbro at yahoo dot co dot uk The cost is relative to the number of games I am likely to play with them. I did enjoy Monday's game though, despite the fact that most of my army only made one move! And on the first occasion my general was called on to test he managed to roll a 1 on a 20 sided dice and promptly expired. |
