Hi Folks. I am sorry I have not posted much in a while. I have been very busy, with work, kids, and Painting some Austrian artillery and cavalry. Those will follow in a week. I hope you enjoy the pictures. link Dave Hall ABQ |

Gorgeous! Looking like that they should put up a stiff fight against the dastardly invaders. :) |

I love them! Great job! By the way
. You can have more artillery if you want. The standard thing was 1 battery (12-lber guns, 24-lber unicorns) and 2 light (6-lber guns, 12-lber unicorns) foot companies per infantry division. 12 guns per company. These formed an artillery brigade in each division. It's a wonderful great pile of guns! Your Wing Commander might have grabbed 2 of the heavy companies from the divisions, to go with the 2 horse companies he got from Army level assets. But there still could be another 6 foot companies above the numbers you have listed. Also, I think you have this right – but to make sure
The grenadier division should have 6 grenadier regiments, each of 2 battalions. The three infantry divisions should each have 4 infantry regiments and 2 jäger regiments, each of 2 battalions. Each of the four divisions could additionally have 2 combined grenadier battalions, unless you assume that these were assigned outside of your Wing Commander's authority. |

So far so good, love the flags/command stands but your light on the artillery. Keeping up on the 1 position, 2 lights can be a drain and I'm finally caught up on my backlog but short on my new 4th division. As stated fantastic looking Army, keep going! |

If in doubt, paint another artillery battery! |

Thanks
I will paint more artillery later. But, I am having to shift gears. The least of which is to save my eye sight! In Albuquerque,in April, we are having our annual GameDay Weekend and I need to prepare for a Blood and Guts World War Two game for the Eastern Front (1/72). I will post some updates on that, soon.
