I seem to recall there being a fantasy game that had it's units on top-down cards, can't remember anything else really. It came out about two or three years ago, maybe BoardGameGeek.com can help. |

There was Battlegrounds Fantasy Warfare. I also recall a place that had Warhammer online, but I haven't been able to find them. They had some nice stuff. |
