Finally after a long effort, the rules are not only easily available, but FREE! Yes, the author, Trent Burg, has released this awesome set of rules as a free pdf. Just go to the WBiM yahoo site and download them, you don't have to join, just go to the files section and grab them.

Thanks! We seem to be having technical difficulties, though. It says the files section is members only when I look at it. I joined, and was able to download the charts, but the rules (either location in the files area) give me a "document not found" error.

I'm sorry about the join mix-up, I'm just the co- moderated of the group and I forgot. As for the down load errors, I'm not sure what the problem is. I've downloaded to three different PCs and had no problem. However when I tried the same on my Android phone or IPad2, I got the "file not found" errors. Any help would be appreciated!
