Yes it was a most thrilling battle. Interesting how it was both similar and different to the one we fought. And as you can see Theodoric did it again. I think his Comitatus is becoming one of those units which carries an aura with them causing the enemy to flee as soon as they approach in a hail of dice rolling 'sixes' I had a unit of Goths back in the mid 1970's which seemed to have that effect and they always managed to roll high dice when they needed it. My good friend Ross Mcfarlane labeled them 'public enemy number one'. |
