In November 2012 Nic Robson (owner of Eureka) sent me SYW British figures. Figures I transferred to my friend and club colleague, but decided to paint one battalion of the in person (unfortunately without grenadiers).
I want to share with you the results of my work

I hope that Eureka begins official sales of these figures in the near future

In my blog there are a few more photos link

Thank you very much for your flattering words about my work. I do not like to work with the red color, but this time the colors blend very well. Not otherwise the providence of God :)

Great miniatures and painting but I would prefer rectangular "bases" for each figure as for the Prussians and Austrians rather than circular one cause with such circular "bases" it's impossible to base miniature shoulder to shoulder.

Are they similar in size to Blue Moon 15/18mm? Could you use both in the same unit?

Yes. They similar to BM.
No. They are in different units.

I will try today or tomorrow, post pictures to compare the sizes.

Vasiliy, do you paint on commission? I'm looking to get some Eureka SYW painted.

Hi, schoenkoenig!

I have no experience in painting miniatures on a commercial basis for the foreign counterparts.
So I can not imagine the possible difficulties that may arise during the performance of work.

Please write me on e-mail v.j.levashov@gmail.com, what you are interested. Maybe we can agree on the subject.

Very best wishes,
Vasiliy
