Picture of the figures from the Old Glory site: link I went with Old Glory line before I saw any of the Tiger figures. Both are good figures, however, I find some of the canteens and pistol holsters are a little large on the Tiger miniatures. I would not mix them in the same unit. Vince |

Gents please note a Spanish American Wars range in 28mm is well underway at the moment ..with some figures and material already released regards Ged gringo40s.com gringo40s.blogspot.com and expanding 28mm ranges |

I (with help from VCarter) went with OG too. Tiger seem a bit cartoony looking but they make some nice artillery pieces in which OG is somewhat limited. The OGs are no Perrys, but as you can see it's a limited field. I'm anticipating Gringo40s! from the samples on the web site, they will be fantastic. Ged, how about a TR on foot? After all, he did leave Texas behind when he lead the boys up San Juan Hill. How will they compare in size with OG (which seem to be on the small end of the 28mm side)? |

Karl von Hessen thanks for your support. im working on artillerymen for the Dynamite Gun and the crew will be ready in about 21 days i have Greens for more Spanish
..want to release a comabat Group and some artillery for the spaniards. i will more then likely do Teddy on Foot leadsing his men on and some coloured troops
.i will include the phillipines! size wise my figures are large 28mm all requests considered. what spanish artillery would you like to see? regards Ged gringo40s.com gringo40s.blogspot.com and 28mm |

There are four companies making figures: Tiger (28mm, and the best IMHO) Old Glory (28mm, pretty darn good) Gringos (28mm, and I have never seen them) Monday Knight (25mm, no Spanish) The one stop shop for SAW is here: link |

Can one use the OG Cuban Rebels pack as Filipino rebels too? link |
Corporal Fagen | 17 Mar 2019 3:48 p.m. PST |
A whole lot of facial hair there. Can't you just use 1898? |
Au pas de Charge | 18 Mar 2019 2:43 p.m. PST |
Yes, I can use 1898 figures but I cant see the figures' hairy faces because the photos on Old Glory are so poor, thus I had to ask. Seems like it's always better to use matching figures from the same manufacturer before branching out. |
