I am looking for regular cars, trucks, buses for US, Europe and Middle East. Every toy store I go to the matchbox selection is only sports and muscle cars. Does anybody know where I can get regular 15mm vehicles that are inexpensive?

Try Poundland / Dollar Stores – usually have suitable packs which include more normal cars. Or use Model railway 1/72nd ones (they'll be more expensive, buit look nice)

I got a pile of HO scale modern cars from an Ebay store that sells model train stuff. It was one of the Chinese ones ("WE HONEST") that I also got a ton of cheap trees from. I think it was 50 cars for $7 USD or something like that. There were 3 or 4 basic types, in different colours; a SUV, a crossover, a sedan and a sports car.

I got a bunch of schools buses at a dollar store once. For trucks, either dollar stores or some convenience stores might have what you need.

1/87th scale model railroad cars work GREAT with 15mm, IMO. I use a lot of them on my tables and consistently receive compliments (and questions on where to get 'em) on them at shows.

As above, the 1/87 or 1/100 model railroad stuff is great and very cheap if you use the Chinese sellers on eBay. It will look small at first (it did to me anyway) but is actually just right.

QRF and PEter Pig have some things, but depending on what you're doing, you might want to look at HO (1/87) model railroad vehicles as they go very well with 15mm figs (since the bases make them look bigger than they are).

This thread has a good scale pic for 1:87 car beside 15mm minis: TMP link

Personally, I think the police car is too big, but YMMV. Then again, it's ready to go on the table out of the package, so that's worth something. :D

The Matchbox line has a lot of trucks in it, but it can take patience to collect very many. Other than the light pickups and the really big stuff like the recently seen quarry truck, a lot of their trucks are right in line with 15mm.
