  BKC17 Russian Motorised Infantry Battalion The buildings are from Pendraken. The camera flash makes the decals show up glossy. You don't notice that when you are looking at them. The list which Pendraken based their armies on is from Blitzkrieg Commander I. I believe they are repointing them now. The red number decals, on tanks, don't seem to show up well. I will have to highlight them with scarlet to make them stand out.
