Toscach miniatures has some for free. I am on my tablet so don't know how to copy and paste yet, or I would include a link.

I believe Toshach's are flats (which makes them easy to use with X-wing).
I think the Fat Dragon space station set on RPGNow has 3D standup versions; there's also another company on RPGNow with a similar set, but I can't recall if they offer towers or not.

Mine are 2D. They're free so whaddya got to lose? You can get them at my site link or in the X-Wing Miniatures File section on Boardgame Geek.

I'm in the process of creating a 3D card model (scaled for X-Wing Miniatures, but it's probably going to be another couple of weeks. It will include components for the big tall towers and the lower two-tiered towers.

Fat Dragon's laser turrets come with their death star tile set, which is really nice.
