Revell are to rerelease the old Matchbox set of NATO Paratroops labelled as British Paratroops ( Falklands War ) according to PSR ( link ) . Me thinks there will be more than a couple of boxes on order when they become available. |

Let joy be unconfined! Not a perfect selection by any means, but the only set of plastics I've met in my life that had a bloke in combats and 58 webbing carrying his SLR at the ready (and not wearing a noddy suit). All the best, John. |

I had two boxes of these guys and the Falklands was what I did with them. |

What would you use for the Argentineans in 20 mm? |

Fatcat Mini's and Liberation make them. Fatcat is now called something else. Platoon 20 may also do them. I need these for my BAOR for Cold War battles in Europe. Maybe swap some heads. Thanks, John |

Yep, Platoon 20 do Argies, as well as SF in woolie caps (can't recall if those are British, or Argentine). |

I had this set as a kid. It's probably around the house somewhere still as I gave them all to my own son. I wonder where he put them, since that was years ago. |

OMG, I used to have these. Used them as UNIT troops back in the day. |

I still have my box set, painted up as the Wild Geese from the Richard Burton film. I'm ashamed to say that I didn't convert the SLRs to FN FALs
