I found this on You Tube. Young kids(sounds like it) playing LOTR SBG. I love the imagination to use the Fisher Price Castle for Helms Deep.

I would spend 2 years and thousands of dollars buying crap to make Helms Deep. They just grabbed a toy and threw it on the table. I wish I could do that.

I was thinking that myself a few days ago. Our wargaming innocence has passed, and we demand better figures, better terrain, and sometimes forget the joys of just playing a game with what you have.

What's with all the negitive commments they got, they knew what they wanted to do and had fun by the looks of it.

Loved the Jacksonian camera work, great stuff, half painted figures, toy terrain and kids enjoying gaming, brilliant!

As for the, 'why all the negative comments', comment, it's YouTube! The domain of the braggart and the self-opinionated arbiter of what is correct!

My sons wooden castle is very tempting for a terrain piece!

Fun :)

They were having fun, and that's what counts!

Very cool. And it pretty much covers the key moments of the battle.
