Hi gang, posted this yesterday, but it doesnt show up on the messager board page. Son ordered me some figs a week or so prior to Christmas. Holiday and border crossing along with Canadian and USPS. Anyone give me a hint on how long it takes them to process and ship online orders? Not doubting the company, just the PO. thanks for any feedback. Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy New Year! Sam |

Give it 2 weeks to a month (from the time of order), though I haven't experienced any delay in mail due to the holidays this year. Wouldn't be surprised if you received it rather soon. |

The US-Canada border is terrible for mail transfer. I get stuff form the UK much quicker to Canada than from the US. |

I had the same problem with the same company. I called them about it. Brock said sometimes stuff just gets hung up at the border. I ordered mid-November, they shipped late November, I recieved stuff mid-late December. I was surprised, since I have ordered from RAFM before and it always arrived within a week or two. Unfortunately Canada does not provide tracking information, so I couldn't trace the package. Brock and co. offered to replace it if it didn't arrive by the 21st (which it did). Good company, great products, and the staff was more than willing to work out a resolution. I'm inclined to forgive some shipping issues, especially if it's the Canadian post and not their fault. |

It was several years ago but the order I placed took about 6 weeks to get to me (in the US). |
