Well it is time to exmaine the direct of taking stock to shows for 2013. We are looking at several closeout deals and processing personal collections for retiring friends. So we hope to bring those consignment deals to shows throughout the year.

We are also looking at stocking popular systems in both rules and miniatures. We will keep a stock of Bolt Action WW2 by Warlord and Battlehonors 25mm WW2 especially the artillery.

We have looked at the Spartan series. We already stock dysporian Wars -naval and no land. We were considering expanding into Unchartered Seas or FireStorm Armada.

The imput as valued friends and clients that I see at the various shows would be most appreciated. From the rest of the TMP family, I would be interested as to what has been good sellers and in need at your various conventions around the world.

As always the amount of funds available for expansion is limited. By the way we do plan on attending Historicon again this year after several years of being absent. it would be our 20th year of going to the show.

Merry Christmas!
To all of the gaming manufacturers may 2013 bring you more sales and higher profits!

Dice and paints always sell well for me at shows, after all they are not scale or period specific.

Well, since I was at the last Historicon and will be going to the one in 2013 here is what I think:

1. Bolt Action – There are at least two Warlord Games resellers at the last show selling "Bolt Action" line.
2. Battlehonors – Don't think I saw any but this would get my attention.
3. Spartan – There were two resellers* at the show selling Spartan stuff. One looked like he had the full line of Firestorm Armada, I don't know about the other lines I don't collect those.

As a shopper at Historicon I'm always looking for unique product being showcased or a good discount deal. For example any vendor that shows up with Ancient Koreans, mongols and/or Samurai in 15mm or 28mm that's "new" or presented well will get my business. thumbs up

*One reseller carried both Warlord and Spartan I think. There could have been more companies selling those product lines.

Quartermaster/ Falcon UK will have Three Kingdom Koreans at the show. I picked up 7 or 8 DBA armies from him at Recon in Florida. At least DBA armies were Koreans.

Thanks for the input guys.

I am supposed to pick up a consignment of over 1,000 packs of Ral partha 25mm in march.

Not sure how fantasy sells now, but I did offer you my 15MM fantasy range awhile back for shows with full 100% return-ability, but you declined at that time.

Your welcome to look at them again and let me know if you have changed your mind, I guarantee its something no one else will be carrying at most cons unless your there with rebel mini's and he doesn't have everything yet.

X-wing and the Star Wars LCG are Hot right now.

I'd stay way from Firestorm and Uncharted. Dystopian has a much larger following so stock will rotate faster. higher chance that FSA and UC are covered by other vendors as well.

I could hook you up with an Omni-Ruler box if your interested.

The only show I'm considering at this time is Historicon. I might tag along with Mike to some but not sure if it's worth my time to repeat any of the regional stuff. I saturate a market really fast.
