Nice job on the scratch built vehicle. Figures look nice too.

I remember first Dalek story on Dr Who – rollakin Daleks – who remembers them? Dreaming of a box full of an army of them. Now I have 'em in 6mm &15mm.

At skool, headmaster thought we should have "proper" education & read us the Greek myths. Now I have Trojan war in same scales.

Nice stuff. What bits did you use for the Inquistor at the top? It's a nice looking miniature.

Bill.

That's the stuff I wanted when I first got into 40K. Cool blog!

Nice job on the scratch built vehicle.

Agreed, that is cool.

Thanks everyone, The inquisitor at the top is a space marine scout body and groin and thighs, chaos space marine arms and boots. The head is from a hasslefree barbarian and the hammer is from a mantic dwarf sprue.

Heres some more random crap

Love the monocular orc, is he greenstuff?

blacksoilbill24 Dec 2012 6:40 a.m. PST

Thanks for the info. Love the tri-clops marine (for want of a better term!)

That's all stuff I wanted when I was 22.When I was 12,I wanted Napoleonics.

Really nice brushwork and some cool conversions. The skimmer is by far the nicest looking Deoderant tank I've seen yet, and one of the few that I'd actually like to play with.

Are the silver troops in carapace armor from Kryomek?

I wanted to also ask, did you paint these back then as well? They are nice looking.

The big eye guy is just a kit bash from the chaos spawn kit, which although its from the evil empire is really useful.

Silver ones are indeed krymek swat, your minifu is strong.

Theyre all repaints, either minis that I kept from my youth then stripped or bought from Ebay and stripped. Just got a mega bargin the other day which I'll be working on over the next week.

Around 30 Marines, half metal which I'll paint as is, and the half plastic that Im going to true scale deathwatch . And it came with a classic imperial assassin, all for 12 quid
