I received two packs from Old Glory last week, they arrived in good order via Priority Mail. Teresa is great at communication, very quick to respond to emails. All the minis are there and no miscasts. I am very happy with my miniatures and will order again. Thank you Russ, Teresa and everyone at Old Glory. |

I've always had good service from Old Glory. I don't think there has ever been a time when I didn't receive my order promptly, usually within minutes of placing the order. I do business with them all the time and will keep doing business with them. Especially if they put out a Crimean War range in 10mm. |

Yes, Russ is a good guy. I met him at Enfilade a few years ago, he liked my WW1 game using OG figures so much he gave me two free bags of figures. |

Usually good service except during a con month. Then is takes on average 4 weeks to get an order sent. I learned my lesson the hard way--twice.  |

Just got an order as part of an early Christmas gift. Theresa patiently helped me get my account sorted out and work through some non-standard requests (25mm shields for forces I already had).
Great service and a great product. |

Yup, great service. Only time I have ever had an order take more than a week was when it had some resin scenery, which I assume was either back-logged or took longer to cast up. |
