I posted Star Trek on the 7th in the movies forum… :P :)

Oblivion? Saw it, unfortunately Cruise taints my excitement for anything he's in nowadays, but we'll see…

Don't forget about Pacific Rim, I just posted the new trailer, also in the movies forum. :)

Because neither Tom Cruise nor Star Trek interest me? grin

Cruise is God's Gift to himself. 'Nuff sais about that.
And Star Trek is … Star Trek.

Tom Cruise's competition?

Boy, and I thought the Jack Reacher film with Cruise was the only thing I could care less about.

Oblivion seems rentable. ST is definitely worth a big screen at the mall.

SECURITY MINISTER CRITTER12 Dec 2012 9:41 p.m. PST

What dreck!

CAPTAIN BEEFHEART12 Dec 2012 9:43 p.m. PST

Why do all the new movie trailer music tracks sound like old Nine Inch Nails stuff? …"In a world…."

evilcartoonist12 Dec 2012 9:56 p.m. PST

Ooo, After Earth looks decent- Nice sort-of-post-apocalypse movie (withOUT zombies) with a good prehistoric feel.

Meiczyslaw12 Dec 2012 10:50 p.m. PST

And Star Trek is … Star Trek.

Actually, the one before this one was standard "hero of a thousand faces" bull pucky. Whatever made Trek, TREK, is gone, man.

What's here now is standard made-for-17-year-old-boys spug.

Now get OFF MY LAWN!

…giant monsters…giant robots…my head almost exploded.

I'll go see Oblivion. I think Cruise is a great actor. He does play a lot of parts the same way but he plays them well. He has been in quite a few good films like Vanilla Sky and Interview With The Vampire.

Thanks for posting the links. I hadn't heard of Oblivion before.

nazrat13 Dec 2012 7:12 a.m. PST

I'm with you, Scott!

As long as we get to see the special "Tom Cruise Run" I am there for it.

Also the last Trek Movie was the only Trek worth a Damn since Shatner. Cannot wait for the new one!

About time that franchise returned to a meritocracy of the best and brightest risk-takers. TNG was a wussy Socialist Utopia.

Meh.

Thanks for posting those!

You mean … you found a trailer for a movie IN THE MOVIES FORUM? Where it should be expected to be? Oh, the humanity. grin

Rassilon18 Dec 2012 11:34 p.m. PST

JavierB19 Dec 2012 9:26 a.m. PST
