Are you going to see the movie?

Yes!

It does look good, and after the incredible job Snyder did directing Watchmen I have no doubt he will make this one a gem as well. About time Supes got a really good treatment.

Looks real good. I'll go see it.

Speaking as a curmudgeon and well past the age of the target audience, I fail to see why all Superhero movies are required to redo the origin again. Is there anyone that does not know where Superman came from that would possibly go see the movie? Really? This is why I skipped the last Spiderman.

Well the movies are not made for us who were around for the originals, but for our children with actors they know.

I use to be on the complaint side too. Then I had my son. He's almost six and it fun to watch him experience new films.

45thdiv,
Well said and I agree. The key is doing well enough with the first that there can be a second and third.

BTW I'm also looking forward to a Justice League movie. Please please please make a Mister Miracle movie tie-in! Then a Blue Beetle/Booster Gold movie with all the original 1980s comic vibe worthy of me watching it.

I've got three right here who don't know the story … Well four cuz the neighbour's kid is here too and he doesn't know it either.

This is when my wife and I wish he was a bit older than six, so we all go and see it. But I can wait. Don't want him growing up too fast. :)

No Tic movie???

Warmaster Horus11 Dec 2012 6:28 p.m. PST

"SPOON!" Heh heh. I agree with both sides. But seeing as though experiencing this through my son's Eyes for the first time far outweighs my curmudgeonly "not again"attitude, we'll bee seeing it :) We're a decidedly "DC" family, although we see ALL superhero movies, so this is definitely in our wheelhouse

By the looks of the trailer, the first Superman movie I think I may actually like!
