d,e,h,i,k and m…Those are the only ones I have. Can't really say which are my favorite. Really like my French Nappies, but I have had them the longest.

Since I do a lot of Custom DBA army sets, I sell far more of the Ancients than other ranges.

Though I have sold packs from every range.
The Samaurai are a constant seller. As are the ACW.
Colonials are slow, so I do them and Napoleonics on a special order basis.

The Northern Indians from the AmRev range can be used for F&IW and War of 1812. The Southern indians are good for 1812 and the Seminole wars.

I have a heavy dose of H and for the most part really like that range.

Ottoman, Korean, Samurai and Ming ranges in the Reinassance section are extremely good.

I've never met a set of Old Glory 15s I didn't like.

ACW are the best I think. Whatever else Allsop sculpted is my favorite: Napoleonic French, Russians …

The second kind of wargaming figures I ever bought were Old Glory 15mm ACW. Purchased from Dave Allsop at either H'con or CW in 1990, IIRC. They're still great figures.

The Age of Reason are also superb sculpts.

I like several ranges, but I think my favorite is the ACW range. A close second would be the Napoleonic Russians I painted. Especially the pike-armed opolchenie. Mostly useless as combat troops, but they looked great on the table.

I really like the greek hoplites--they paint well and look great.

Don196208 Dec 2012 2:26 p.m. PST

What about the Franco-Prussian War range? The French figures, in particular, are superb. Best sculpts I've seen in this scale.

Natholeon16 Dec 2012 1:38 p.m. PST

They are all nice, but I really like the Seven years War range.

I love my OG napys, I started the Napoleonic peroid when years ago a friend who wanted me to play gave me a bunch of "Essex" French, yes they are "squatty" but I still love the little guys! However once I got hooked on the peroid I painted a few units of "Battle Honors" but moved quickly to "OG 15s" and have remained there ever since. Like most of us my lead pile is enormous (but I have painted 10,000 or so minis) and my old glory napoleonics box is about 20 pounds. I have OG French, Austrians, and my current love Russians!

I also have quite a few OG15s for ACW (a divison painted in overcoats, based for Johnny Reb II, and the boxed Rourkes Drift Zulu wars set (unpainted)
