I'm planning buying figures for both sides in the Winter War.
For the Finns I think I'll go with Resistant Roosters.

However, for the Russians it looks like my primary choice is going to have to be from Legions East. Question – does anyone else make 15mm early war Russians wearing the M36 helmet?
For added variety I thought maybe I would add some Peter Pig RCW Red Army infantry wearing the budenovka pointy cap and greatcoat. How do the Peter Pig figures match, scale wise, compared to the Legions East figs? And how do Legions East compare to the Resistant Rooster figures?

BtW – I have no skills or abilities whatsoever in "headswops".
Thanks,
Geoff.

It's been a while since I've seen them up close and personal, but IIRC, the Legions East are a little larger than PP. They are closer to 18s, while the PPs are closer to 15.

The Legions East Finns are very good. Alan

How would the Legions East Finns compare to the Resistant Rooster Finns? Would they be a good match?
