Hi,
today I remembered of the times before switching to wargaming figures there I used to paint flats.
The post on my blog also includes some information about Kulmbach and the biggest museum concerning flats.
Hope you like it. :)
Cheers
Mike

Many years ago ( too many) the group I gamed with used to game with flats. In some ways they worked better than round figures. The bases were slotted so the figures could slip on and off and storage was simple. In a shirt box, just as you show.

Great collection!
Always feel sacred trembling when I look at the flat tin soldiers. Especially with a good quality paint.
Congratulations :)
