This set of rules was mentioned in another thread TMP link Being the rules-junkie that I am as well as being interested in naval warfare during the era covered by the rules---I must have them. Anyone know where I can find a copy of Iron Ships & Wooden Heads by Tim Gow? (I think Tim frequents TMP so I am hoping if all else fails he will help me out!) Thank you! |

I wrote a set by that name about twenty five years ago, based loosely (VERY loosely) on the Battletech damage allocation system. all I can say is that it is the best name for a set of rules I've seen in AGES! It would also make a great name for a book on command in naval warfare of the modern era… |
