Total waste of time!

I make my own with 8.5x11 single sheet label, a graphics program, and a bunch of blank dice. I even add numbers 1 to 6 to the corner of each side so that in a pinch the dice can be used as a regular D6.

Thanks taskforce58, I like the idea of putting a number in the corner great idea and a big special thanks to Margard for contributing to this post

I bought wooden cubes from craft store and wrote orders on each side. Used different color inks to differentiate each army's dice.

What I did was cut down half a hill side to get some iron ore. This was them smelted to create pig iron. I then melted this again at very high temperatures and blasted oxygen to the mix to create high tensile steel, which was then shaped into dice. The sides were then inscribed with the orders using my fingernails – this takes a while as your fingernails get ground down and need to grow back for a while – I then stuck forks into my eyes for good measure, and then voila – an easy home made solution, rather than paying someone to specialise and do it for me at a fraction of the time and effort….

Writing 6 words on 10 wooden cubes (that cost about a buck total) was amazingly difficult. Not grinding your fingernails down difficult or, you know, that forks in eyes thing----but difficult.

Using the fat kindergarten crayons made it even harder for me :)
