Does anyone know what "metal plastic magnetic card" is?
Any magnetic materials I have looked at is the "for sign making" and is too thin or will not lay flat and support fig mounting.

Does anyone know what "metal plastic magnetic card" is?

I based my Napoleonics via Litko: laser-cut wood bases, with adhesive magnetic sheeting that were cut to the base size.
