As my eyes are getting broken from 10mm Frenchies, I though i'd have a go at a victrix plastic mini from the other end of the scale! link This chap was fun to paint up, and a welcome distraction to the massed ranks of tiny little men who currently stare at me from my painting table..can't wait to do a few more 54mm!

Fantastic job. I started gaming with 54s a few years ago and rarely even paint any other scales anymore; everything just looks so small. I have been picking up a few 1/72 plastics and will give them a go for old times sake. |

Very nice. I keep thinking of picking a box up myself to try them out

Excellent work! Beware, once you start on 54s, it's hard to go back. |

Thanks for the kind words!I must admit the thought of squinting at my 10mm figs hurts my head! 79thPA,what rules do you use? Is it skirmish level or the whole nine yards? On that note can anyone recommend rules good for 54mm? |

I use home rules for skirmish. Desperado for cowboy actions, and I'm planning on using The Sword and The Flame for the French and Indian War and American Rev. All the Kings Men also produces an interesting set of Amer. Rev. rules. The older I get, the simpler I like my rules, especially when playing with the big toys. |
