It's always good to see 1859 on the table

At this rate the Italians won't need any French aid in gaining independence

That was my idea behind this campaign. I wanted to see if the Italians could beat the Austrians on their own. Other than this last battle, the battles so far have been tight with only marginal victories on both sides. It has been fun running it and seeing how the two commanders have dealt with things has been interesting as well.

May I ask, why did you decide to base all your figures in open order? I think the battle would have looked more realistic if at least your line infantry and cavalry were in close order.
