Does anyone have both? How do the McDaniel's Marauders Marines match up with the Empress Modern US Army ?

JC's Marines will be bigger, he also did the Devil Dog Design figures and they are big as well.

Sorry to break the bad news…

Not at all.
McDaniels are 'slightly' taller than Black Scorpions.
Empress is smaller than BS…

Do I use both? Yes, but NOT in the same squad.

What I did end up doing is the VF and BS figs, I ground down the tab/base and mounted them on a fender washer.
The Empress, based them on slottas. That made up a lot of the height difference.
