Know of any 4-legged figure like this, but about just waist or chest high, at most, to a 15mm human figure?
link Or perhaps something like the creature shown briefly on this clip, at 6:48 or so: YouTube link Suggestions? Or a figure with the same general body shape and size (max 10mm or so tall, on all fours), but that could be converted easily into something a little more alien? Thanks, Dan |

Been watching Predators too I see, on FX. Was just thinking about needing some of these the other day, but you beat me to it. We could also use one of those weird looking bipedal aliens, like was chasing the doctor through the woods. Didn't get to see it very well in the movie, since it was dark, and shown in just a few quick shots, but looked as if its skin/hide was a bit like the texture of tree bark. Sorry, don't have any suggestions to share, so will watch here with interest too. I'd be fine with the overall body shape, without all those spikes, if there's something like that available. |

Your best bet could be to get wart-hogs and add spikes. The old grenadier ones were nice. |

Micropanzers alien range had some great hounds. |

On a side note, has anyone ever wondered how that sucker is supposed to eat? I mean the horns protrude way past its mouth! Other than that it is a very creepy, cool idea :) |

They're a bit large for the role, but Highlander does a nice set of Martian Steppe Tigers in his Space 1889 range that might suit: link link You'd have to add the spikes yourself, or just leave them off and call it a different xeno-critter. |

2nd recommendation on Micropanzer hounds. I have several and they are great for what you want. |

I've got the Vorhounds cast up, just need to have them painted and will put them up for sale. They are the attack dogs of the Vornid botanoids. |

2nd recommendation on Micropanzer hounds. I have several and they are great for what you want Alas, from Jason's site: "I am not accepting orders at this time." I thought he was on temporary hiatus, but I think this has been up awhile. My 6mm ones? I actually think they'd be great as a 28mm horde, though I'd fear final cost in the numbers I'd consider, especially with recent shippage hikes. On a side note, has anyone ever wondered how that sucker is supposed to eat? Lower jaw drops below the horns. Maybe it scrapes sustenance
;->= Haven't been watching the show, but I'll put it up there with show dogs, looks good, makes no sense. Course, to me, looks HIDEOUS. Doug |

Alas, from Jason's site: "I am not accepting orders at this time."I thought he was on temporary hiatus, but I think this has been up awhile. He is, and it has, but it's also been on-again, off-again several times now. Definitely not a continuous hiatus. |

Micropanzer's are all one pose, he is working on another pose or two. They are very, very nice I highly recommend them. |

Can't remember who made them, but someone did a 15mm dinosaur like a small triceratops variant. |

OK, these have no tentacles, and 10 legs, but I'll throw the link into the ring anyway as they're about the right size. link Clive G |

Nothing like your Predator hound but here is something I've thought of using several of as a beast element for Hott. Kruthik Hatchling, from D&D CMG I think.

Yep, I checked out Epic Flesh Hounds last night. The newer plastic ones are far too small, but the pewter ones are just right for 15mm. Too bad there's only one pose. -Chris K. |
