Can anyone out there make the following for 15mm Sci-Fi or something that could be close. I could not find a decent photo for it but The Aliens from Independance would be great. The Aliens from Battle LA would be cool. link And Finally the Aliens from a really great Sci-Fi book from the 1980's FootFall, there is something about Aliens that look like Elephants and carry .50 Cal rilfes that is really super cool. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Footfall |

I think the ones from B:LA would be so cool, as would the ones from Falling Skies. I wonder how tall the Manth (Rebel Minis) are. If tall enough, i think they could be made to look like the ones in B:LA. Dan

This isnt a request board. Go ask games-workshop to make them for you and see how they respond. Where is that rule? I think that this is a great use of this board, to let manufactures know what customers want. |

Gee, you mean all the years of wishlists here where just moot? Actually I know the answer to that one, yes this is the place to publicly state what y'all want. Many of the manufacturers, sculptors and related do read this board and the TMP in general. And as we all know there is only one final maker of the rules on the TMP and that is the EDITOR. [B]Irish Marine there a company, Old Glory Meybe… that makes 25mm elephants with firearms. As I recall, without going and digging through the mess that is my old miniature storage, is that I bought them to go with 15mm. |

I thought someone tried to make Footfall aliens a while back, but ran afoul of the authors/publishers. Not a lot of ways to make elephants carrying rifles that wouldn't look like they came from that novel. Battle LA aliens… eh… kind of generic (but the movie was good). Other than their aircraft, not a whole lot to distinguish them. ID4 aliens would be interesting, but might be hard to do the tentacles in 15mm. |
