Hello All, I am looking for the best sources for windows, doors, swinging doors, etc. to build scratch-built Old West Buildings with in 28mm. Any thoughts? |

You might consider paper terrain. Not much has changed (visually, at least) in doors, windows, and frames in the last hundred years. There are a lot of paper kits out there, even some free ones to get you started. Quick search turned up this one: link |

Knuckleduster uesd to sell at least doors. I have some in a stage station I built from balsa dowels. I have some windows in the building that I think I got from him, but could be wrong. Tom |

Go to the model railroad seller Walthers. walthers.com Go to their advanced search engine and type in what you are looking for and click the scale button to O scale (very close to 28mm scale). They have quite a few architectural details. |

Warbases.co.uk do superb packs of windows and doors plus excellent sheets of pre-cut shingles. I've just used these on my Old West scratch builds and they work a treat. Si |
