Yesterday evening I bought a set of PDF rules on Wargames Vault using Paypal. Something went wrong and the transaction did not register with the checkout system on Wargames Vault's site. This evening I sent a question to the customer service contact. Within 20 minutes I had a received a response acknowledging and apologizing for the problem, confirming my payment had been received, and making the download available. Given the various comp0laints I've seen on TMP about various vendors being nonresponsive, I wanted to give kudos to Wargames Vault for this outstanding service.

They're also great from the producer's view.

Top company and one I'm always happy to do business with.

Too many free stuff for my liking, too many cheap maps, PDF rules, too easy to spend my money. Wish they'd make stuff that I wasn't interested in, taking up too much space on my hard drive and really when am I going to construct those four pirate ships I printed out?
They also keep stuff in my library account, so that when I lose track of where I saved my stuff, I can go back. They have a stupid system of allowing me to download updated versions of previous purchases, more stress on the hard drive!
Live long and prosper WGV DriveTRPG. ;)
