I've started prototyping and painting the models for my Wooden Wars VSF, Queen Victoria's Robot Wars (QVRW).

picture

QVRW will have human, robot and Cytherean infantry, cavalry and artillery, as well as noted Royals, heroes and persons of interest.

I can't wait to get the QVRW sprues to be able to mix & match with the Napoleonic ones.

Wonder if you could use Inks or colored markers on them or would it bleed?

Phil, Ask & you shall be answered. I tried just that on one of the early figures that I got.

Thanks for the link, BC. I can't paint anymore and felt tips might just be the way to go.

Yes- Thanks BC!
Phil, you can pretty much use anything to color the models. I have used marker, and colored pencil which gives a cool different effect. The etching lines on the models makes it very easy to "stay within the lines" with all mediums.
As soon as I get time I'll be posting demos on my web site.
