I was there :) it was the new (2012) edition of the big pirate game in Bordeaux 2010.

Lot of fun although it was smaller than the 2010 game.

I was playing as governor of New Orleans (please note that it was not intended as an historical model of the town! We brought the terrain pieces that we had – this earthen fort was originally inspired by the Fort du Rocher in Tortuga). And St-Domingue was very inspired by the pirate town in Disneyland Paris.

I also was referee for the economic/trade game (players could make money in merchandise trade from, and to, Europe, to the Carribean).
