I don't know if anyone else plays this front, but it is quite a fascinating "forgotten front". This Wikipedia picture of Allied troops on the Front sums it up
(From left to right: a soldier from Indochina,a Frenchman,a Senegalese,an Englishman,a Russian,an Italian,a Serb,a Greek and an Indian) Anyway we've just started a mini campaign at the collapse of Bulgarian resistance, based on the memoirs of some British special ops men who operated on the Front – first scenario batrep over here link |

Scenario looks great. Some of the battlefields of this campaign are amazingly well preserved: link And, it's one of the corners of WW1 where the U.S. stayed neutral; in fact, the U.S. maintained an Embassy in Sofia through the war and helped negotiate the final peace between the Brits, French, etc and the Bulgarians. |
