'Uniforms' is not word I would use Armand. Polish cavalry didn't have any uniformed clothes, they're using whatever they could afford. In 'list przypowiedni' (patent for officer who enlist 'choragiew', literally 'banner', which was roughly equivalent of company) cavalry would only have armour and weapons mentioned, nothing about 'uniform'.
In regards to infantry sometimes (especially in regards to 'wybraniecka' infantry) we can find regulation of what colour of cloth should be used; we can also sometimes find some wee info in primary sources from period. Most common colours in Commonwealth's dragoons and haiduks units seems to be blue and red, foot guard of Polish Vasa's kings seems to be using their 'Royal blue' but majority of units would be dress in whatever they could lay their hands on, including clothes taken from peasants.
