We had a really good turn out of NHMGS members and got lots of questions from the museum visitors. It was another good outing at the museum.

Very interesting engine pod on the SR-71 centerline. Don't recall seeing that before?

The Museum of Flight's Blackbird is the M-21 variant that was designed to carry the D-21 drone ( which is what you see on the back of the plane ) .
