Armand,
No the first pic is not the Yamato; the hull shape is all wrong. I would guess one of the Kongo class battlecruisers after refit, but don't know which one. Still though, like Shagnasty says, beautiful work on all of them.

I believe there is a radar antenna on the topmast of the Kongo Class ship.That makes it either Kongo or Haruna.Thanks again for showing the superb modeling.
