Having checked the entire Troll & Toad Gallery, I cannot identify a figure I popped off its base and repurposed. I know it's a Mage knight figure of a female ogre-type, with horns, thigh boots, long pony-tail and holding a knife in its right hand and a staff with bladed top in its left hand.

As it's a Mage Knight figure, it could be called anything, so any help identifying it would be appreciated.

Scott Pyle has a picture of his conversion of the figure in his blog, as below, in which he's swapped out the weapons. The figure I'm trying to identify is on the far left. Unfortunately, he doesn't identify it either..

That one does not ring a bell. I was not aware that there were any female ogres produced for MK.

Horns means "troll" in MK.
