My next post about this Campaign in a Day using the Snappy Nappy rules by Russ LKockwood concerns the development of the map and table configurations for the project:

Here's the Map so far, done with Battle Chronicler, with the forests and ridges yet to be added.

The game will be run at Ellis Con, on Saturday, November 17 , 2012 at Ellis Technical School in Danielson, CT. Planned game time is 11 AM to 5 PM.

Try to stop me, John! :-)

Seriously, I;'m really looking forward to this, in just under three weeks.

Peter, keen to see how this turns out and how well the rules work. I'd love an AAR if you have enough manpower for someone to take notes and photos?

Nick, I definitely plan to take pictures, as well as do an AAR. As all communication must be done by written notes between the C-in-C and Corps Commanders, unless on the same table, there will be a record of those conversations at the very least! Also having done the Map with battle Chronicler, it should be not too difficult to do a graphic representation as well as a pictoral and written one.

Great stuff, good luck with it.
